Now more than ever,it is clear how the enterprise is the cornerstone of the economy.

We still do not understand why generic and specialized mass media perseverate in researching the solution to get the world economic system’s strength back only in state politics and financial politics. Our economic system is trying hardly to take off again, but it presents some alarming conflict, such as: a not surprising chinese break, an embarrassing centuries old middle east issue, and a global mass migration.

The unique landmarks of a healthy national and international economy are the stock exchange lists, the real estate’s prices and the notorious pil. Therefore, limiting everything to some superficial and depersonalized macro-economic indicators it proves to be restricting and disappointing, especially when world economic chairs
struggle to explain in a concrete way “who we are, where are we and where are we going”.

On the other side, economists who do not attend high cultural parlours – such as Latouche and Collins – or entrepreneurs and general managers – who tell their successful stories based on good values and people involvement – are almost forgotten.
Moreover, they are hidden in their actions to spread out what the economy really means and how it is developing in its social and economic complexity.

Ideas Market

Nowadays the market is repaying the participants who have ideas, that is who decides a strong belief within their decisions.

Without ideas, the uncontrolled variables of the market are a problem, not an opportunity

This belief flows into creativity, the ability to create the conditions to obtain the maximum usefulness and uniqueness.

Just “doing something” is not equivalent to success and productivity anymore (the demotivated executor trap).

The comparison to the result is the stable fact to generate development.

Without collective growth the result isincomplete, end to itself and not highly desirable.

The change – that is the continuous improvement – is the product the market is expecting from us, as structural condition for the evolution and prosperity.

It is not just about gaining growth results, but improving continuously the results for the continuous development.

Nowadays, I appreciate and learn everyday more and more from our clients, because they decide their leadership social role and identify themselves in a market of ideas which request the maximum ethics and aesthetics from our organizations.

The ’90s and 2000s’ guru try to re-emerge and create their place in an economic environment where there’s no more space for them, especially after 2007 disasters caused by simplistic technical theories of the “false” market supporters.
I still remember how the staff of a company was treated just like any other productive factor. For example, the last porter & company theory on “smart products”, the research of the nth fashioned leadership ability or the comedy – irony of our prime minister on the 0,6 gdp increase; these are only cherries on the top of the nonsense spread by these people. And i’ll stop here.

The truth is they are not telling the truth.

The truth is that the development we lived till the prophetic 13 September 2007 is not possible anymore. To better say, it is not possible because it was unworkable earlier and it could not be realistic.

7 billion people cannot have our present lifestyle and we cannot certainly expect the ¾ of the population to live with less than 10$/ day. Even we, first-world inhabitants, reduce our lifestyle and permit to the rest of the world to live better, or the social-political geographic situation of the planet will soon collapse.

How could we imagine that in china or india they could achieve high life style we are used to? We are speaking respectively about 1,357 billion people and1,252 billion people, 2,609 billion people in total. If we think about inhabitants of united states and europe, russia included, we reach 1,061 billion people, we can understand that we are nearing the irreversible collapse of the earth.

The terrible joke “if all the Chinese people would use toilet paper, the amazon forest will disappear in one day” is true.

It is useless to plan and contrive conformist macro-economic analysis, advantageous only to make it clear to “whom already knows something about” and not to “whom doesn’t”, or to create efficient arguments to divert the crowd from the truth. The state government, the bank and the finance cannot have the privilege to “decide and make the economy”anymore, but they need to get back to a supporting role for who really is profit for the society: the enterprise.

We have to start assuming that the heightened richness we were used to is not possible anymore, human life needs to embrace a collective value, the profit, not only in speculative economic aspects. The real assets for a prosperous future, to leave a better world to the next generations, are relationships, intellectual and cultural growth, global respect of life and a satisfactory level of personal wealth. The enterprise has to start re-thinking its own impact on the planet in terms of environmental and productive costs. It has to generate profit thanks to the optimization of its own resources and sales towards what it really needs. It has to become a cultural point of growth of the society. We did not gather Adriano Olivetti’s heritage yet.

The real principle that guides the economy today is the enterprise in its organization, and maybe it has always been this way. The organization is not only the totality of collaborators, but more and more the suppliers, clients, banks and any other position that interacts with the company. I like to think that the organization is made up of the “known organization”, that means the current one; but also of the “unknown organization”, that is the future one or the one that will never get in touch with, but will directly or indirectly interfere with it.

The concept of leadership and partnership is the key to get back to the social sense of the economy, and especially to revolutionizing the world towards a perspective of equality, contribution and sustainability. Adam Smith started the economy from the micro-economy, today we are not so far from replacing the entrepreneur at the centre, as a real cause of wellness and profit for the society. Thanks to this entrepreneurial system, politics, government and finance have to be at the service of the person.

We have no choice but re-give the economy to the leader, the person who dedicates and develops himself for the others in the socio-economical system, called enterprise.

We have to remind ourselves that the economy is a social sciencethat simply studies the man who creates utility for the other.

The dream of many people, who want to realize a better world, is to generate profit as perspective and prosperity for everybody.

The new economy is a challenge waiting for everybody who wants to dedicates himself for the others and for the future generations.

It does not matter if they are entrepreneurs, general managers, collaborators, suppliers or customers. They are simply people who chose to realize tangible aesthetics of wellness, excellence and empathy for a civil and sustainable development of the human culture. It is about significant symbiosis between intangible and tangible, particular and perspective, individuality and collectivity, present and future; between social and economic, to reach happiness and freedom.

The leader is the human engineer, the person who creates the enterprise, in its totality, as an exact science in a continuous transformation, evolution and improvement.

It is not about charisma, inspiration, talent, individualism or omnipotence. The analyticsis the scientific skill that challenges the logic in entrepreneurial thought and the consequent strategic decisions to be improved for the improvement, and to be changed inside the change.

Logics, in its pure sense, is giving the maximum level of order and ethics to the scientific business basis. As the close examination of the chaos theory clearly explains, the market is in a strong acceleration. This means it is continuously a source of disorder that hits the firm in its every component and consequently the hole organization.





As we all know, today’s market is faster and faster, and always more impulsive and unstable. Change is in a strong acceleration, whereas chaos compresses and goes through the whole enterprise. If we do not operate now strategically and tactically, it will disorder the firm and drag it to the edges of the market.

Today the collective intelligence is the only strategic essence to measure itself to the reality originated by this continuous external market disorder, known and unknown. It stands for the leadership’s analytic interpretation of the organization.

The gifted person was a myth of the 80s till the 2000s. Today the talent is just an uncertainty inside the firm’s complexity, because for entrepreneurs and general managers now business turned into a real learning source of observation, experimentation and discovering. Nowadays, after the failure of the false tactical Keynesian and monetarist theories, economics took back its strong value to be a source of richness for everyone.

Analytics allows the organization to create and to grow economical positivism. This lets the company positively condition the future, through stable, readable and estimable data, in order to wittingly improve all parts of the corporation.

Economical engineering takes the higher relevance to make the growth authoritative thanks to stable objective data, enacted in order to challenge people to the maximum usefulness and uniqueness of the enterprise. The measure with the result is not meant to judge anymore, but to encourage people to give their maximum valuable expression reaching collective results of higher human quality and complete desirability.

Facing the continuous disorder from the market, the 4 criteria for the firm’s analytics are:

  1. People’s participation to the firm’s culture
  2. People’s sharing of the strategic priorities
  3. The order of the business system
  4. The final result quality in terms of free and happy people

The economic positivism leads to one fundamental issue for the change of the organization: the firm’s result is the people happiness, therefore motivated and free, and then productive, concretely useful for the others.

Society needs strong, brave and well-balanced people, capable to create development for everyone. It needs people who can start a new order, where altruism and solidarity are ethical duties and goals to achieve for everybody. Ambitious men and women who defend the culture of value, committing to the responsibility to deepen the change for a future of prosperity for the planet.

These people are the businessmen, the general managers and the guys working for hengi, people who take their leadership as a privilege of integrity and, unmoved, aim for the happiness for the socio-economic system.

It is a social action beyond the people, products and time.

Today the leader does not show, he does not teach or explain or complain: the leader wants to understand, with more people possible, the future in a positive perspective for everybody. Analytics puts in first place the social aspect, meant as the humanity value of sharing and contribution, and the economic aspect, meant as shared and spread scientific skills. These two traits are the ones which make a firm become common heritage exchangeable among organizations.

These are the new borders for a better world: strategic thinking, recruitment and strategic personal growth, lean thinking, the planning and control of improvable data and the natural evolution of business management.
