Today’s challenge of an organization is to educate people to improvement.

The market always has been a parameter in continuous evolution, and the latest international disequilibrium and the inability of social, political, economic system are underlining the opportunity to create models always more positively conditioning internal and external elements of any enterprise.

The change is always faster and more impulsive and uncertain:

  • Fast, because there are many factors that accelerate people’s decisions. We live in a world where the demographic element is pulling high. The increase of the exchanges raises the speed of the choices and of the non-choices;
  • Impulsive, because with the increase of the choices, opportunities increase as well, and also does the speculation temptation, the incomplete comparison of “business to business” is on mode on. More possibilities we have and less is the probabilities’ calculation;
  • Uncertain, because the accelerative speed of the exchanges un-synchronises the stable facts and does not leave the time to understand “what to do” to re-order the enterprise. Only a strategic ability allows to be “certainty within uncertainty”.

Therefore, if an increase of exchanges speeds up the market “vibration”, it is unquestionable that an economic system – which grows from 1,9 billion to 4,8 billion actors in 15 years – becomes a unique opportunity unseen before of productivity and prosperity.

Facing a such meaningful opportunity of shared and sharable wealth, it has no meaning “to do business” in a market in a conditioned control. It is not enough a strong and charismatic leader to head effective and efficient organizations, able to build the price, the product and the best service for the market.

Nowadays, the invisible handhas taken back its value of social economic balance in a system which is ethically “out of control”, because controlled by the operators and not by the institutions. The offer and the demand are without governments, banks or boundaries that can falsely regulate them. The market is free, without liberalism and communism.

I won’t be relevant if you are European, Asian, African or north-American: the market is equal in front of the initiative and it will bring a “new renaissance” that will run over the planet, reinforcing the value of intelligence and communication. The common approach is the new consequence of social economics, where the decrease is the meaningful element of prosperity and equality of the population.

The social leadership becomes a clause of this great and definitive change. The organization grow their value of productivity as the ethical duty of profit and economic sustainability, to the detriment of the income as a unique source of remuneration only of the few of us.

In such a fasten change context, the leadership evolves towards an increasing valorization of people’s qualification inside the business system. The social leadership driver is to “empower”, on the contrary of charismatic and visionary leadership driver, where “unpower” and “empower” are misunderstood in false development and, sometimes, power. The present leader can live this enemy: to empower and not “unpower”.

He could take the excessive responsibility that stresses on the market fast dynamism, it originates impossibility of ordered evolution and continuous incomplete results, that compromise the business productivity and motivation.

To make people feel responsible allows happiness and freedom. It permits to really grow creating the objective thorny and motivational comparison with the result, the only parameter of tangible usefulness exchangeable on the market.

To qualify the enterprise, realizing the high market placement, induces to enter the context inhabited only by “the best of the best” organization. In such a context, a new market is generated where only the best enterprises can accede to the best coworkers, suppliers and customers. That is, companies that have the maximum coherence to the business culture in their summit and which challenge themselves on strategic priorities of great innovation for the excellence. This way it starts a change that make from common intelligence, initiative and collective responsibility the successful drivers spread and revolutionary.

To empower and lead the change as wellness prosperity for the planet, this is the leadership, here’s the person at the center again.
