Soon we will have our third annual meeting about leadership at our headquarters.

As we grow, this event gradually becomes the date where everybody of us and our clients take a day to reflect on our role for the others in the field of entrepreneurial science. During this meeting, we want to discuss how we are dealing with the challenge of daring in our tough business project for people’s happiness and freedom. Given that this challenge is rather hard, it is a fundamental step for our growth to take a deep breath and restart together more determined.

It is too easy to say that we are living a market evolution as never before. We finally understand that overworked aspects of false economy – such as the stock exchange and the vaunted speculations, abused by the easy media – are less and less unmotivating for the businessmen, who embrace the real economy, that is the continuous comparison with the result.

“Usual” social events distract us, in a planet that asserts itself as a unique identity through migrations, religions commercialization, or the levelling of rising economies with the strengthened ones. We do not realize we are present at the most favourable moment for the evolution of human beings.

Every time we travel we fall in love with different cultures that always fulfil us by their diversity. Above all, when we return to Italy, we realize the beautiful country we live in and how many opportunities we have to highlight. It is true that too many unacceptable global situations happen today, such as isis, African untold wars, false democracies etc, but we should argue about who takes advantage of it. There are too many questions to ask.

Nowadays the market is destroying most parts of monetary and financial politics and, most of all, it is destabilizing the marketing procedures about important aspects as price, product, service, point of sale and commercial advertising. Commercial tricks are useless, and the academic economic theories are particularly not efficient and improbable for their comprehension and pertinence.

Facebook was raised not from professors, but from the students; apple was created by a great commercial manager and not by a skilled computer technician; Ferrero isn’t a porter plan of action, but a great business knowledge based on family values. Lots of examples could be presented.

Thanks to the daily comparisons with you in your firms, every time I see your entrepreneurial success is because you took up your challenges with value, together with your organization,
with your empathy towards your clients and your biggest improvement perspective.

Do you know what triumphant enterprises have in common? It is very simple; they are organizations with ideas.

Ideas to strongly and almost obsessively believe in what they chose to be for the others; ideas to obtain the highest human quality results possible through their products and services; ideas to put the collective creativity of every coworker, customer or supplier into play. For us and for them, we are just people with ideas. We are people.

Goods market converts into ideas market.

It is the third-millennium turning point. It is a future as desired as underappreciated because of the changing is generating. Who realizes and faces it is living prosperity; economical and valuable prosperity that put the person at the centre of his life project, together and for the others.

What annoys is reading about academics and economists discussing of innovation and evolution, when the only true innovation appreciated by collectivity today is the social one, people’s innovation.

To innovate means to donate new ideas to the supplier, to the customer and to the team work; and it means also to demand the same ideas in order to decide together the aim that creates a real benefit for the society. Economy
is a social science; the complication of the global market is just intentionally mystified. Thinking together, changing the debate, sharing projects and dreaming the vision are the necessaryvalues to spread development for everyone.

Social innovation is the contemporary challenge of the leadership, towards the inside and outside the firm. Our fantastic vision is to realize greater human beings.
