We had a hengi leadership event on 27 of January 2017 at the Hilton Garden Hotel in Mestre. It was a relevant and delicate moment to compare with businessman who believe in the social economic vocation of capitalism.

This meeting was an opportunity to meditate on how organizations are facing the present market. Nowadays market lays on three factors: the uncertainty, impulsiveness and speed. Lately, these three have been enriched by a challenging acceleration. The parameters highlight how the present market is becoming rather a highly advantageous economic system, or a consumerist confusion hungry to eliminate the useless companies in little time.

This is the reason why we need to start the third millennium as main characters in a global panorama that repays only the best ones. We have to think on the principle of managing and evolving structure even more intelligent, that are able to conceive together internally and externally with every single person that participates directly or indirectly to the business system, that develop a strong feeling of altruism as merit which underlines the individual into the community.

Being the best –  ameinon– decides a contributory attitude apt to generate a social act – the strong belief.

This approach is the ideal consequence to front the great challenging aim, nowadays represented by the ideas market.

The ideas market. What does it mean?

It is well known that the enterprises always had ideas which allowed them to exist, in the economic context always won who had the best intuition. The difference from the past is that every idea was born from a few people thinking and was directed to realize the best price, product or service for the market.

The market was as the nth opportunity to take part of an accumulation of wealth delimited to a little group of people.

Nowadays instead, the difference is that the market is desiring and repaying the organizations that realize the value of “thinking together” to improve the life quality of the entire community, through prices, products, services and social relevant moments.

This is how communication stands in for appearance, to realize solutions together replaces the selling, and the growth value takes the turnover’s place.

For the first time in human history, we are taking part of a social economic global life which includes three different generations and each one has his own different way of thinking. We are talking about baby boomers, the x generation and the recent millennials. The last one are revolutionizing the way of behaving and living the present world.

They preach not only communication as an economic advantage for people, they do not offer only a life style to identify on; they are giving always more value to “living together” to make the world a better place for human beings.

Nowadays the market is repaying the participants who have ideas, that is who decides a strong belief within their decisions. Without ideas, the uncontrolled variables of the market are a problem, not an opportunity.

This belief flows into creativity, the ability to create the conditions to obtain the maximum usefulness and uniqueness. Just “doing something” is not equivalent to success and productivity anymore (the demotivated executor trap).

The comparison to the result is the stable fact to generate development. Without collective growth the result is incomplete, end to itself and not highly desirable.

The change – that is the continuous improvement – is the product the market is expecting from us, as structural condition for the evolution and prosperity. It is not just about gaining growth results, but improving continuously the results for the continuous development.

Let’s say it: the last generations born after the 90s are certainly better than us.

They know that the enterprise is a social economic system and exists to enhance everyone’s life and to allow everyone to grow, not just a few and without damaging the planet we live on. This radical approach goes beyond people, races, nationalities and, overall, goes beyond the present static global orders.

Someone calls it the “new renaissance”, the rewarding of the enlightenment. I like to think that we finally put the human being in the center, again. We exit superstitions, manipulations of social appearances, governments power, religions, we leave behind the finance god and conservatism of the old society.

For Adam Smith’s fairness, the capitalism is rediscovering its real entity of social science which creates economics; to better say, a system of thinking and obtaining together that allows everyone to improve their lives, without damaging others.

In fact, in the ideas market, the ones who own ideas generate the persistent success of the companies. The leader today creates the best context in which every character is involved directly or indirectly in thinking and building the company; consequently, he creates the most useful and unique organization of the market.

In its usefulness and uniqueness principles, the enterprise accepts its own social and economic value for the market. In almost represents, magically, the highest desire for the universal community of creating the positive conditions of “living, exchanging and growing together”, precisely those that Keynes and Friedman’s theories have inevitable ripped till the prophetic 2017 and that we are undeservedly still paying today.

As already said, the actual leader should spread leadership, meant as continuous value to educate people to grow as structure with continuous common intelligence. The result is the decisive and determined attitude to be the prosperous and perspectival change for the positive improvement of the planet.

The organizations that decide the strong belief of creating enterprises of maximum sociality for the economic evolution of being improvement, inside the capitalistic context and for the planet, put in line the ethical principle of pro-activity. They take on an approach that realizes people’s development as maximum value of the enterprise, through prices, products, services and relationships, defined business culture and spread inside the involvement. It is relevant the order of the strategic priorities, apt to become tangible the business culture, shared and taken as challenging and motivating aim; and the order of the business system as organized project to give methodological quality to development within the concept of the enterprise which produces better people among best people. These are the outposts that allow today to demand the ethical right of long-lasting success growing in the ideas market.

Economics takes back the value of development as conceivable, achievable and exchangeable value, for everybody, in order to quit dangerous destructive dogmas of the false economic growth.

The greatest lie the macroeconomic system can decide, as self-referenced, is to be able to realize the economic equilibrium and to be judge of the economic and social justice in the world. This lie is changing facing the reality of ameliorative change for everyone is inside the common, human and economic development, not exclusive and speculative anymore.

The ideas market is spreading the truth of the values that the social economic system should produce as enterprise: profit, happiness and better people. This is against the disvalues of macroeconomic context of the anti-capitalism.

If the “factory does not produce better people”, as Adriano Olivetti said, then the enterprise has no reason to exist, because – thanks to the materialism ideology – it becomes the nth element of mass barbarization of the modern slavery of the economic indebtedness and sustenance.

Idea’s market: being the most intelligent and ambitious social economic system for the prosperity and common perspective.

The challenge is on. Now, it comes to us to take it and make the world a better place for human beings.
